What we are good at

Our core competence is welding and assembling of steel constructions.

We are certified to produce CE-marked construction steel and have been issued certificates EN 1090-1 and EN 3834-3.

Our strength is our knowledge combined with long multidisciplinary experience.

We are good at welding, producing and assembling the steel constructions and repairing things where metal and mechanics are combined.

A good dialog with clients and customized solutions according to clients` needs have made our customers to come back time after time. We are flexible and service minded and committed to make metal works easy for you.

Our services

Our service range is wide, but stays related with steel and metallic structures.

We repair containers, heavy machinery, boats etc. We have a good in-house competency within mechanical works and that combined with our core competency makes us strong in this field.

We produce everything of steel from small parts you need for your truck to the steel construction for a stadium or storage hall. We provide also engineering and drawings necessary for the project.

We build and assemble a wide range of constructions where steel is the bearing structure. Shops, barns, exhibition halls, production halls and storages are among the variety of our works. We are also specialized in assembling sandwich plates and load-bearing sheets (TRP) which are the most common materials for roof and wall coverage in our projects.

We sell services as NDT testing with complete reports as we have an in-house level 2 welding coordinator in Hiltula.

About us

Hiltula AS was founded by Osmo Hiltula and is based on his 40 years’ experience from offshore-, shipyard- and construction business. The firm has been owned and operated by the Hiltula family since 1990-ies.

We are situated in Central-Norway, in Orkanger near Trondheim.

We have our own production hall and a repair workshop at 600 m² of size.

Our qualified multinational staff is certified in accordance to EN-ISO 9606 -1 and we ensure our staff continuous development. We provide a safe and good work environment for all our employees and work continuously with improvement of health, safety and environment (HSE) issues.
